Fermentis Dry Yeast

Fermentis S-04
Our Price: $3.75

A well-known English ale yeast, selected for its fast fermentation character and its ability to form a very compact sediment at the end of the fermentation, helping to improve beer clarity.

Fermentis S-23
Our Price: $5.75

Saflager dried german lager yeast. Can be used for lagers or even steam beer if kept around the low 60's. Nice clean yeast.

Fermentis T-58
Our Price: $2.75

A specialty ale yeast selected for its estery, somewhat peppery and spicy flavor, which is perfect for wits (Hoegaarden). This yeast forms a solid sediment at the end of 2nd fermentation, and is therefore widely used for bottle and cask conditioning.

Fermentis US-05
Our Price: $3.75

A dried American Ale strain with fermentation properties resembling that of Wyeast 1056 (American Ale) or White Labs WLP001 (California Ale). Produces well-balanced beers with low diacetyl and a very clean, crisp palate. Sedimentation is low to medium, and final gravity is medium.

Fermentis WB-06
Our Price: $5.00

Fermentis does it again. They come out with the only hefeweizen yeast available on the market. Creates that classic bananna and clove like flavors in hefe beers.

Fermentis Saflager
Our Price: $6.25

The same as Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Pilsner. It is slightly less attenuative than average, so it results in a fuller-bodied brew with excellent malt flavor. This is the go-to yeast for a Pilsner Urquell-type of Pils, but it can also produce an excellent Munich Helles. It ferments very clean with no esters, provided you ferment in the 48-54 degree range. It would work very well as a steam beer yeast, since Anchor Steam yeast is also very malty and not thoroughly attenuated.
